Using the excellent OnOne remote camera control app for the iPhone to trigger the camera; Once you're tethered to the computer, you've got full camera control (ISO, Exposure, Aperture, White Balance, plus live-view for framing and confirmation). Probably the most useful app for photographers. Now, someone has to figure our how to tether the iPhone to the DSLR (in my case the Canon 5D Mk II; there is a wireless kludge but it's rather expensive), so that you can pull JPEGs from the camera and upload straight from the field. That would be indispensable for photojournalists and anyone who needs instant posting (for clients, etc.).
